Courtney Carstens

Administration Manager

An  experienced team manager and administrator with a track record of achieving company goals. Courtney provides the central control function for the busy investigation team. As Administration Manager she is conversant with all the operational aspects of the business from operational management, job assignment and scheduling to managing distribution of reports. Her skills allow GKAIG to maximise investigator time and ensure all the supporting administrative functions are completed efficiently.

Courtney achieved  a Certificate 4 in Business Management and this really kick started her career. From call centre team leader roles with Salmat, she progressed to the QLD Sales & Services Manager with the PMP Distribution, before returning to Sydney to project manage teams along the East Coast in commercial furniture manufacturing and installations. 

With a career of 23 years  and a long history of successful people and project management, Courtney joined GKAIG in 2016.

Courtney really loves the busy environment of GKAIG but once away from the office she prefers a less stressful life relaxing with family and friends.
